Band 7 Nurse Practitioner - Older Adults Outreach Team
An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a band 7 Mental Health Nurse Practitioner within the Older Adults Outreach Team. This post has been created in response to increasing service demands and forms part of our longer‑term workforce strategy to ensure we continue to meet the needs of those who use our service.
Applicants should demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to work effectively within the Older Adult and Dementia specialty, including the ability to support Older Adults with complex and challenging needs. Candidates must either be currently undertaking their Non‑Medical Prescribing (NMP) qualification or are required to commence it upon appointment to the post.
Applicants will be required to work closely with the existing multi‑disciplinary team members. The role will include close working with physical and social care colleagues along with our GP and primary care colleagues.
This role is Monday‑Friday, and you will be required to travel independently across the south Staffordshire region.
