As a qualified Mental Health Nurse (RMN), you will care for people with a learning disability and those who have autism, while also supporting your colleagues and promoting positive teamwork.

A specialist community-based service with nursing for people with a learning disability and those who have autism or those with sensory and communication impairments. Kingswood House is part of our learning disability and autism division and is a registered care service with nursing which embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect, and choice. The service is for individuals with a learning disability, people who have autism or those with sensory and communication impairments. We are specialists in working with complex needs and behaviours which challenge services.
