Job description

Job summary

We are seeking a motivated, compassionate and experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join our GP practice in a new part‑time role, working three days per week.

This is an exciting opportunity for a mental health professional to help develop and deliver high‑quality, patient‑centred mental health care within a primary care setting. The successful candidate will work closely with our GPs, practice nursing team, administrative colleagues and external mental health services to improve access to support and promote positive outcomes for patients.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously within their professional competence while recognising when advice, supervision or escalation is required.
