Job description

We are looking for experienced Mental Health Counsellors to support patients with a wide range of needs. Experience with ADHD and Autism is highly desired. This role offers complete flexibility, with opportunities to work nationwide, either on-site or fully remote.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality therapeutic support to patients (50-minute sessions)
  • Conduct assessments and deliver ongoing treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation
  • Work autonomously while integrating with the wider clinical team where required
  • Support patients with ADHD, Autism, and general mental health conditions
Requirements
  • Recognised counselling or psychotherapy qualification
  • Experience working with neurodivergent patients (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently in a clinical or remote setting
  • Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills
