Qualifications

Location: Home-based (UK only) - Monthly travel to a Bupa site required

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours) - Flexible options available (e.g., 30 hours over 4 days)

Salary: £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience) + excellent benefits

We're looking for an experienced and passionate Mental Health Clinical Lead to join our Adult Mental Health service. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll drive clinical excellence, influence service development within the counselling arm of the mental health service, and make a real impact on people's lives.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead clinical performance and provide oversight for our Counsellors
  • Partner with the Clinical Head of Mental Health on governance, quality, and education
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and best practice standards
  • Deliver clinical sessions one day per week
  • Support clinician development and career pathways
  • Act as a trusted clinical voice and deputy to the Clinical Head of Mental Health
What We’re Looking For
  • Accredited Counsellor / Psychotherapist with a Level 4+ recognised Counselling diploma (BACP accredited)
  • Significant post-qualification experience in mental health services
  • Proven leadership and relationship management skills
  • Experience in quality standards, audits, risk management, and handling incidents/complaints
  • Strong communication, influencing, and decision making abilities
