You will work to implement care plans, assist with daily activities, and provide dignity-driven care to help patients progress toward recovery.

Responsibilities

• Support qualified staff with patient care plans and day-to-day care.
• Providing practical and personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting, while maintaining dignity and respect.
• Monitoring patients' physical, mental and emotional wellbeing and reporting any concerns to senior staff.
• Supporting patients to maintain their wellbeing and receive safe, person-centred care.
