Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for an ARRS Assistant Practitioner to join the Primary Care Mental Health Team within The Vale Primary Care Network. This part-time role covers 22.5 hours per week across 4-5 days, with a mix of face-to-face and remote appointments.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties through brief assessments and interventions.
• Deliver psychoeducation and promote self-management techniques.
• Maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with GPs, Mental Health Practitioners, Social Prescribers and partner organisations.
