Qualifications

If you're looking to join a unique administration team, The Adult Mental Health Team, forming part of Oxford Health NHS Trust, based in the heart of Oxford City, are keen to hear from you.

We are dedicated to supporting a range of medical staff who provide support to adults of working age experiencing Mental Health issues. We are an extremely supportive team, and together, we all make a real difference in the community.

This is an administrative role which can be fast paced and challenging, requiring skill to handle all contacts with confidence, compassion, patience and professionalism. In return, you will receive support and development from the team and the Trust itself, such as continuing professional development, opportunity to undertake apprenticeships, yearly appraisals etc.

Main duties of the job

The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Answering the telephone, taking messages and processing enquiries.
  • To assist with reception duties for Outpatients departments.
  • Managing incoming post.
  • To provide support with the typing of reports, letters and correspondence when required and to be responsible for the uploading patient information onto Carenotes in a timely manner.
