We’re looking for two Mental Fitness Training Coordinators to join the RNLI Occupational Health (OH) and Wellbeing Team. The OH and Wellbeing Team supports the RNLI by promoting the physical and psychological wellbeing of our people, ensuring staff and volunteers are equipped with the tools and resilience needed to face the unique challenges of saving lives at sea.
As a Mental Fitness Training Coordinator, you will be tasked with focusing on the following areas:

You’ll enjoy engaging with people from all walks of life, be able to adapt your delivery to different audiences, and take pride in helping others develop the skills to look after their mental health.
