Duties & Responsibilities
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and tours to contract negotiation and onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members through proactive outreach and networking.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximise occupancy and identify upselling opportunities.

  • Build relationships with agents, brokers, and local partners to drive new business.

  • Accurately manage sales data and reporting through CRM systems.
