Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and tours to contract negotiation and onboarding.
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective members through proactive outreach and networking.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise occupancy and identify upselling opportunities.
Build relationships with agents, brokers, and local partners to drive new business.
Accurately manage sales data and reporting through CRM systems.
Proven experience in membership sales, business development, or B2B sales within coworking, hospitality, or creative sectors.
A strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
