We are looking for Membership Sales Advisors to join our growing team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individuals who are hungry to succeed. The chosen candidates will work directly with the Sales Manager to grow and expand the Club.

The Role
- Selling memberships through face-to-face discussion, on follow-up sales calls and generating new clientele through promoting Anytime Fitness Woking member referrals
- Responsible for scheduling appointments over the phone, in person, via email and / or social media
- Conducting tours and gym inductions
- Delivering excellent member experience throughout their fitness journey with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Answering member questions and concerns with urgency, care and sincerity
- Involvement in promotional activity (including social media) on and off site locally
- Perform daily checklist activities to maintain the gym facility and ensure equipment remains ‘member ready’
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and member information in our CRM system
Our Ideal Candidate
- Natural sales ability with proven track record of success in sales, fitness experience is preferred but not essential
- Friendly, lively and engaging, strong at lead generation through prospecting
- Proactive and organised around administration
- High standards in cleanliness and gym resets, we pride ourselves on our gym floor appearance
- Passion to help people and spread the benefits of health and wellbeing
We are currently offering zero-hour contracts, with the potential to transition into part-time or full-time positions based on performance and business needs.
