The Head of Topflight will proactively sell credit bundles of our Mad Swans loyalty scheme called Topflight. This brand‑new role is within the Mad Swans team, targeting corporate businesses with ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Pro‑actively sell the Mad Swans Topflight loyalty scheme to corporate businesses and individual guests
- Achieve an ambitious sales revenue target and budget
- Work closely with the Commercial Team to create a compelling sales deck for Topflight
- Map out a clear sales process for the Topflight loyalty scheme
- Identify the right decision‑makers in each business before outreach
- Approach each business, present Topflight and generate excitement around the new offering
- Create significant interest and multiple sales leads at pace
- Showcase Mad Swans to corporate businesses and follow up promptly with sales leads and enquiries
- Convert enquiries and sales leads into confirmed sales
- Upsell sales and credit bundles where possible
- Manage relationships to secure further and ongoing sales
- Attend relevant conferences and exhibitions to showcase both Mad Swans and Topflight and to create new sales leads
- Drive future sales with corporate businesses
- Update and maintain the CRM system
- Provide monthly reporting and reconciliation
- Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure payments are received in a timely manner
Qualifications
- A proven and experienced sales manager with membership and loyalty scheme experience
- Delivered a sales target and budget in excess of £1 million per annum
- Results‑driven and ambitious sales revenue focus
- Excited about launching and actively selling a new membership and loyalty scheme
- Able to present a new product quickly to the market
- Comfortable working in a start‑up business environment
- Highly successful at opening doors, engaging with potential corporate customers and creating strong sales leads
- Excellent at establishing strong relationships with potential corporate customers
- Efficient at following up with potential corporate customers
- An excellent communicator and negotiator
- Strong organisational skills and able to multi‑task
- Confident, outgoing and well‑presented
- Self‑driven and highly motivated
- Proactive, positive and resilient by nature
- Comfortable working in a very fast‑paced environment
