Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maximize every member and guest’s experience in our club.
• Support sales and retention of memberships through excellent customer service.
• Contribute to cleaning and hygiene standards as required.
• Act as a competent key holder, covering shifts when needed.
• Maintain a good understanding of the membership software system.
• Stay updated with current Fitness Challenges, Class descriptions, and gym floor focus; participate actively.
• Support the Fitness Manager with Gym Floor activities.
• Experience the products and services offered.
• Ensure the cleanliness of facilities exceeds expectations by actively maintaining the club, with team support.
• Drive secondary spend KPI targets.
• Handle member complaints professionally and inform the relevant manager.
