Job summary
A well-known fitness organization in Grays is looking for a dedicated team member to engage with members and guests, support sales, and maintain the club's cleanliness. Responsibilities include managing member interactions, promoting gym initiatives, and acting as a key holder. Experience in a similar customer-facing role is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Welcoming members and guests, ensuring every interaction is positive and professional.
 - Supporting membership sales and retention by providing excellent service and guidance.
 - Driving secondary spend KPIs by promoting products and services available in-club.
 - Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the club.
 - Acting as a competent key holder, opening and closing the club as required.
 - Handling administrative duties, including use of the membership software system.
 - Staying informed about fitness challenges, classes, and gym floor focuses.
 - Supporting the Fitness Manager and wider team in delivering gym floor initiatives.
 - Ensuring member feedback and complaints are handled professionally.
