Job summary

Central England Coop is seeking energetic individuals to join its multi-skilled in-store team across our UK branches. You will help cover checkouts, the shop floor, and daily store operations, while promoting member benefits and providing excellent customer service.

No prior experience is required; a warm, friendly attitude, willingness to learn, and pride in your appearance are valued. The role supports the community and offers opportunities to progress with training and development.

Responsibilities

• Cover checkouts and serve customers at the till and on the shop floor.
• Assist with housekeeping and store cleanliness.
• Perform date code checks and temperature checks as required.
• Handle administrative tasks and data entry when needed.
• Support in-store bakery operations when required.
