Job summary

InspireAll is recruiting a Membership Customer Advisor for Furzefield Leisure Centre in Potters Bar. This full-time role (39 hours per week) offers a base salary up to £26,789.88 with commission on targets, plus an OTE around £56k. You will promote products, handle enquiries on shift, and generate leads to grow membership.

We seek sales-driven individuals with excellent communication. Training will be provided; benefits include free gym access for you and your family, on-site parking, and career

• To promote and sell the site products and services
• To deal with all enquiries relating to products and services whilst on shift
• To generate leads and sales to increase the membership base of the Centre
• Telephone calling and face to face conversations with new and existing customers to help with retention and sales
