A recruitment agency is seeking a remote administrative professional to support office executives in a variety of tasks related to membership, marketing, events, and finance. Key responsibilities include providing excellent telephone service, maintaining the membership database, and assisting with financial administration. Candidates should have extensive administrative experience and a good writing style.
A fabulous opportunity exists to join our client who is the industry body for the Interior Design World. This is a 100% remote role; being part of a small and dedicated team set up to support the office executives in terms of administrative function. It’s a varied and active role, involving the promotion and development of the Institute by carrying out a myriad activities with relation to membership, marketing, events and finance.
You’ll provide an excellent and friendly telephone service to existing and potential members, maintaining and updating the membership database and answering enquiries , assisting with membership applications etc. You’ll assist with compiling newsletters and maintaining the website, assist (and attend) regular London based events ( 6 times per year), you’ll assist with financial administration including recording of invoices, expense claims, credit card and petty cash receipts.
You’ll undertake all other adhoc office based duties and projects as required.
This is a 100% remote role and we are looking for a professional, friendly individual with good office experience in a variety of duties with ideally a good and eloquent writing style.
