The role involves managing the company’s awards programme and supporting the growth of clubs for yacht captains and owners. Candidates should ideally have previous admin and events experience, and opportunities for international travel may arise for boat shows and events.

We are seeking a full-time Awards and Clubs/Membership Assistant for a leading global yacht brand.
Working with an Events, Editorial, Marketing and Commercial team, under the management and support of an Awards & Clubs Manager, you will assist with the management of the company’s awards programme of events as well as helping with the management and growth of the (3) company clubs for yacht captains, yacht owners and the next generation of yacht owners.
As a membership assistant, you will assist with forming partnerships, driving strategy and working with other departments to fine tune the clubs offering, acting as a first point of contact to members and judges, providing regular communication and assisting with events.
Some previous admin and events experience is preferred for this membership assistant position as well as some exposure of/experience with UHNWIs and boat/yachts.
You will be based from the office in South West London although there may be also some opportunities for international travel with this membership assistant position– possibly 3 to 4 times a year for boat shows and other events.
