Virgin Active is seeking 3 full-time Member Journey Hosts to join our Acquisitions team. You’ll be the welcoming heartbeat of the club, connecting members with the Virgin Active community and services, while spotting disengagement early and reigniting motivation.

In this role the host will foster emotional connections, assist with outreach, and collaborate with PTs, classes, and events to enhance the member experience.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful emotional connections with members.
• Participate in daily service huddles and share insights.
• Proactively reconnect with non-responders and at-risk members.
