We are looking for an experienced Melthouse Operative to assist with the daily running of the PMP and scrap melting operation.

Your duties will include

• To help and assist with the melting and sampling of PMP scrap jobs. Both internal and external.
• To help and assist with the booking in of large third-party external jobs.
• To use melting facilities to produce high standard precious metal bars. Strict adherence to metal melting procedures is of extreme importance.
• To learn and assist with the processing of low-grade materials to be in line with the business strategy.
• Flexibility and the ability to learn multiple areas of the department are key to maintaining a high level of service to our customers.
• Sieving and sorting of large third-party sweeps.
• To support the production of gold and silver bars.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in a factory and / or manufacturing setting, strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
