Job summary

BMS Engineering Recruitment is seeking an experienced MEICA Site Manager for UK-wide projects in the water and wastewater sector. You will oversee onsite delivery, manage programmes, and ensure safety, quality and budget targets are met.

The role requires strong MEICA knowledge, SMSTS/IOSH, and a full UK driving licence with willingness to travel. Home-based with project site travel is offered by a market-leading global organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in MEICA on water/wastewater projects.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation installations.
• Knowledge of CDM 2015, WIMES and site health & safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage site programmes, subcontractors, labour and resources across MEICA workstreams.
• Liaise with clients, manage site requirements, costs, variations and procurement.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and control installations.
• Manage health & safety, CDM, RAMS and compliance on site.
• Ensure installations meet drawings and quality standards.
• Manage ITPs, records, testing and handover docs.
• Identify and resolve defects prior to commissioning.
