Job description
PSR Solutions is recruiting for a Permanent MEICA Site Manager in London.

This role will be working for a well‑established Tier 1 Contractor within the civil engineering industry.

Core Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage MEICA installations, including planning, coordination, quality assurance, and health & safety.
  • Create and maintain ITPs, commissioning plans, RAMS, and O&M manuals.
  • Oversee site acceptance testing, review P&IDs, and collaborate with electrical/mechanical engineers on telemetry and plant integration.
  • Interface with clients, third parties, and internal teams to ensure satisfaction and smooth handovers.
  • Contribute to cost plans, manage risk, forecast, and maintain tight control over budgets and timelines.
  • Lead site teams (engineers, agents, forepersons), ensuring staff compliance with regulations.
Essential Skills
  • Strong MEICA installation experience, ideally in water/civil projects.
  • Background in managing site delivery and documentation.
  • Familiarity with CDM regulations, risk assessments, and cost control.
  • Electrical qualifications (18th edition, C&G 2365, AM2).
  • Formal qualification in Civil or Mechanical Engineering (HNC/Degree or equivalent).
  • CSCS card, SMSTS/IOSH, and ideally Temporary Works Coordinator.
  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
Desirable Skills
  • Professional memberships (e.g., CEng, MICE).
  • Familiarity with NEC/JCT contracts and Primavera P6.
  • Water industry‑specific qualifications (EUSR, TW Passport, WIMES, LV/HV).
  • Confined space certification (CP1/2).
  • Inspection & testing (2391‑52 or equivalent).
