EDF Energy is offering a Mechanical, Electrical and HVAC (MEH) Supply Chain Industrial Placement in Bridgwater near Hinkley Point C. The role starts in September 2027 with a starting salary of £26,050, and focuses on contract management, supplier engagement and strategic procurement.

You will gain hands-on experience across procurement, governance and commercial reporting while supporting major contracts and supplier relationships within a leading energy project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Geography, Science, Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Experience or interest in procurement, contract management or commercial topics is desirable.
• Analytical mindset with ability to work across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support contract management and governance processes for MEH programme.
• Engage with suppliers and manage supplier relationships and performance.
• Contribute to cost control, commercial reporting and procurement activities.
• Assist with NEC3 contract management processes and changes tracking.
