Job summary

Sizewell C is seeking an MEH Engineering Integration Lead to join our Bristol/London-hybrid team. The role focuses on MEH scope within the Engineering Integration function, coordinating multi-disciplinary activities, and supporting replication strategies for a large-scale energy project.

You will work closely with stakeholders across technical directorates and delivery programmes to ensure effective engineering sequences, documentation, and interfaces are managed to time and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years working in the nuclear industry or highly regulated environment.
• Excellent communication skills in client-facing and contractor-facing situations.

Responsibilities

• Support the Engineering Integration team in managing MEH scope.
• Develop MEH replication strategy and support its implementation.
• Develop and implement MEH sequences and documentation.
• Act as technical author for key process documents.
• Provide support on complex engineering topics and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead workshops and drive agreed actions to delivery.
• Maintain relationships with project managers and engineering teams.
• Oversee technical Project Work Requests and engineering changes.
• Create replication-focused training materials for project teams.
• Maintain interfaces with delivery programmes to ensure project objectives are met.
