What You’ll Do
  • Enquiry Management: Be the first point of contact for all M&E enquiries, responding promptly and professionally to deliver exceptional service from start to finish.
  • Sales Conversion: Transform interest into action—drive bookings and secure contracts using our proven systems and processes.
  • Client Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails with confidence, clarity, and warmth.
  • Sales Culture: Spot opportunities to upsell and cross‑sell, contributing to a dynamic, results‑driven team.
  • Team Collaboration: Work hand‑in‑hand with colleagues to ensure every event runs smoothly and every guest leaves delighted.
  • Customer Focus: Put clients first—proactively resolve issues and go the extra mile to exceed expectations.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in Meetings & Events coordination—ideally in hospitality, hotels, or venues.
  • Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking/sales platforms.
  • A proactive mindset and genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service.
