Overview

Meetings and Events Transparency Reporting Co-ordinator (6 months fixed term to potentially perm) – London, United Kingdom. Job Title: Meetings and Events Transparency Reporting Co-ordinator (6-months fixed term to potentially perm). Location: UK: Remote. Reporting to: Transparency Reporting Manager. Direct report(s): None.

Role

Transfer of value (ToV) reporting for healthcare professionals (HCPs) is a mandatory disclosure process whereby our pharmaceutical clients report payments and benefits that they provide to healthcare professionals and organisations. This is done to increase transparency in the relationship between the industry and healthcare providers, with details often published on public databases. The reporting includes a wide range of ToV, such as fees for services / honoraria payments, flights, travel, accommodation costs and any other related expense provided to the HCP in relation to their involvement with a pharmaceutical company. As a Transparency Reporting Analyst, you will work within the Transparency Reporting Team to ensure quality data is submitted in a timely manner. You will be fully remote, based in the UK, with options to work full time or hybrid from either our Ashby-de-la-Zouch, London, Manchester or Plymouth offices. This role is initially offered for a 6-month fixed term option with the potential for going permanent.

You will …

Role Specific :

  • Support the ToV process to ensure that data reporting needs are met
  • Investigate and resolve HCP data related issues or concerns
  • Work with the meetings and events project teams to collect and store relevant spend documentation
  • Monitor and report on internal data relating to the client’s reporting programme, using client platforms such as Cvent
  • Submit outbound files based on agreed upon schedules

  • To work with appropriate teams to ensure the delivery of team, role and client measurables
  • Display an understanding of compliance, including The Sunshine Act and PhRMA guidelines

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years working for a corporate company in a finance / administrator role

• Advanced level Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and Microsoft Office Suite

• A focus on accuracy, consistency and dedication to operational excellence

• The ability to work on clear tasks unsupervised and the confidence to ask questions and query data

• Enthusiastic, organised, highly motivated with strong process-orientation

• Accountability and dedication to work remotely

• A love of numbers

• Experience with Cvent, pharma and corporate meeting and events would be highly advantageous
