About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Meetings and Events Team Leader to join our team and contribute to creating an enjoyable environment for our staff.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operations in Meetings and Events.
  • Ensure F&B services are delivered timely according to Event Orders.
  • Oversee junior team members to meet client expectations.
  • Support logistics, bar, and other operational teams as needed.
  • Allocate duties to team members and assistants.
  • Act as the first point of contact during events, liaising with clients.
  • Maintain and propose personal training and development plans.
  • Suggest improvements and innovate for better customer satisfaction.
  • Train and assist team members on duty.
  • Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude, charismatic personality.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism.
