A bit about what you will do...

The MICE Sales Executive is responsible for fielding and responding to event enquiries, converting them into bookings and then planning the event in conjunction with all relevant Hotel Departments.

  • Present a professional, friendly, and efficient image of the hotel at all times.
  • Prioritize all tasks related to guest comfort, satisfaction, and hotel impression.
  • Build positive relationships with guests, visitors, and colleagues across departments.
  • Be fully knowledgeable about all hotel facilities and services.
  • Handle enquiries, check availability, provide quotes, convert bookings, and update the hotel diary system.
  • Respond to all enquiries promptly and through the correct channels.
  • Coordinate with departments like Accounts, Sales, and F&B to meet requirements and maximize revenue.
  • Work with Revenue, Sales, and Accounts to agree on contracts and payment plans.
  • Ensure accurate client invoicing and attend client meetings, site visits, or tastings as needed.
  • Prepare weekly Function Sheets, assist at the Welcome Desk, handle admin tasks, and support smaller event planning.
