As a Meetings & Events Supervisor, you'll be key in ensuring our day to day meetings, functions, banquets and events run smoothly. What will I be responsible for as a Meeting & Events Operations Supervisor?
Responsibilities
- Supporting in managing departments, ensuring smooth-running of each meeting and event
- Leading the provision of an outstanding meeting and event management service
- Coaching, mentoring and leading your M&E team with a trusting approach - ensuring their commitment to delivering outstanding and bespoke service
- Getting to know your customers and using your relationships to offer suggestions to enhance their experiences, making them unforgettable
- Working closely with the Meeting & Events Manager who will encourage you to love change and find your own unique ways to further enhance your guest experience
- Oh, and you'll also be required to be a magician. Or at least be capable of juggling each event, customer and guest whilst not missing any details.

Qualifications
- You’ll already be established in Meetings & Events supervision, F&B background where you have looked after the MICE area
- You’re seeking your next challenge within a forward-thinking, change-loving company
- Whilst it would be great if you had experience working in a hotel, this isn’t essential
- Experience leading, coaching and training a team to execute outstanding event coordination and management
- To be successful in this role you will be engaging, a relationship builder and influencer
