Overview

As a Meeting & Events Bar Assistant, your duties include all those of a waiter or bartender:

Responsibilities

• Welcome all guests politely and friendly.
• Deliver a great experience from beginning to end.
• Confidently discuss our drinks menus, offer upsells and enthusiastically engage guests.
• Maintain cleaning and hygiene practices.
• Assist across any outlets that need help to ensure the smooth running of the resort as a whole.

Compensation

The on‑target earning potential for this role is a £12.91 hourly salary, comprising a base hourly rate of £12.21 supplemented by an estimated £0.70 in gratuities per hour.
