Job description

We\u2019re delighted to be looking for a talented Medical Writer / Analyst to join our Market Access and Evidence team a Coronado Research.

You\u2019ll be responsible for researching complex life-science topics, analysing published evidence, and producing high-quality scientific reports that inform strategic decisions across clinical, market access, and HEOR projects.

This role will be hybrid - working at our Newcastle office with the potential for some travel to client sites and conferences. We have a great team and you will get the chance to join an exciting and growing company.

What You\u2019ll Do

• Research life-science and disease areas using online databases and literature sources.
• Extract and analyse data to produce clear, insightful conclusions.
• Write high-quality scientific reports such as systematic reviews, evidence summaries, and value dossiers.
• Prepare technical presentations and client deliverables in line with company quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and scientific experts.

What You\u2019ll Bring

• A graduate degree in a life science or related discipline; PhD strongly preferred (e.g., molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology, chemistry, mathematics).
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with clinical research, drug development, or market access consulting.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, literature databases, and reference management tools (e.g., EndNote).
• A proactive, collaborative mindset and the ability to deliver high-quality work to deadline.

Desirable

• Prior experience in market access, HEOR, or scientific consultancy.
• Second language capability would be an advantage
• MSc-qualified (health economics or science-based) or PhD-qualified or equivalent experience in medical writing.
