A healthcare organization in Wigan is seeking a part-time recruitment specialist to oversee the recruitment process for temporary medical staff. The ideal candidate will have experience with the TRAC recruitment system and a basic knowledge of medical recruitment. Responsibilities include administering the recruitment process and ensuring compliance with NHS policies. The role offers flexibility in working hours and contributes to improving staffing efficiency.
To work in partnership with the Medical Workforce Team colleagues to provide a pro-active, solution focussed and high-quality Recruitment Service for the temporary staffing Medical bank. To provide an effective and efficient comprehensive specialist recruitment for the medical bank with internal and external recruitment with an aim to grow the bank and to drive down agency cost. This post is advertised as a part time post of 22.5 hours per week, these days can be negotiable. The role would benefit someone who has previous experience of working on the TRAC recruitment system and a basic knowledge of medical recruitment.
