A leading healthcare trust in Nottingham is seeking a Medical Workforce Coordinator to manage rotations and support resident doctors. Key responsibilities include overseeing the on-boarding process, maintaining rota compliance, and ensuring effective communication within the medical team. Candidates must have experience in a medical staffing environment. This role does not support Skilled Worker visa sponsorship.
This position will be based in the Medical Workforce (part of the People & Culture Team) and support the department in the day‑to‑day coordination of all Medical Workforce matters. The role involves managing resident doctor rotations, on‑call rotas, ensuring compliance with 2016 Resident Doctors Terms & Conditions of Service and working on projects such as the Resident Doctor Engagement Plan and the digitalisation of processes.
This post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa and therefore the Trust would not be able to sponsor for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa. Applicants requiring a Skilled Worker Visa can determine the likelihood of obtaining a Certificate of Sponsorship based on the criteria available on the UK government website.
