Responsibilities

• Be an expert user of the Workforce Deployment systems.
• Work with managers to deliver the implementation process including data gathering and roster creation.
• Provide training for managers and system users.
• Maintain data accuracy within the systems.
• Lead the management and delivery of an efficient rota service.
• Prepare and distribute weekly rotas.
• Ensure appropriate governance for efficiency.
• Embed governance processes regarding Bank & external Agency workers.
