Job summary

Xstrahl Ltd in Brownhills, Walsall, UK, is seeking a Test Engineer to run hardware and electromechanical test scripts, report results, and assist with regulatory documentation. The role emphasizes hands-on testing, meticulous data recording, and collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure product quality for medical systems.

You will work under the CTO, executing tests, following procedures, and contributing to continuous improvement in testing methods and documentation for FDA/CE

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in testing hardware or electromechanical products.
• Experience with software testing is a plus but not essential.
• Familiarity with Medical Products Quality Management System is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Execute approved test plans, test cases and scripts for hardware and software.
• Record and document test results to support regulatory submission.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to understand product requirements and test scripts.
