We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Band 3 Medical Support Secretary (16 hours per week) to work with the North Mersey Community Mental Health Team. The role requires a can‑do attitude, strong communication and organisational skills, and a broad range of administration and secretarial experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide secretarial support to medical secretaries, consultants, clinicians and team managers.
  • Co‑ordinate and facilitate the dissemination of information to and from the team.
  • Deal efficiently, precisely and courteously with telephone calls from service users as well as health professionals.
  • Audio‑type clinical letters and other medical correspondence.
  • Action requirements identified in minutes/typing.
  • Upload and scan prescriptions and other documents.
  • Assist consultants with diary management when required.
  • Ensure all medical and clinical staff are organised and equipped to fulfil their responsibilities.
