A healthcare organization in Horncastle seeks an experienced Medical Staffing practitioner to lead the medical staffing and education team. The role involves providing professional advice, managing recruitment processes, and supporting workforce strategy development. Candidates should possess a degree and relevant specialist knowledge in medical staffing, along with strong leadership skills. We are now seeking an experienced Medical Staffing practitioner to join our team to lead and manage the medical staffing and education team and supporting all aspects of medical staffing including HR and education within the Trust. We are looking for someone who has a Medical Staffing background, particularly specialist knowledge and experience of medical workforce terms and conditions, national and local strategies/initiatives, contract negotiations and policies and procedures to expertly manage the medical workforce and education service to the Trust. This includes an underpinning knowledge on key areas such as terms and conditions, job planning, training, rotas, on-call management, revalidation, medical education, study leave, It is essential that you are able to demonstrate your experience of implementing and advising doctors and managers on the various aspects described above. You will report to the Associate Director of Medical Development and work in partnership with the Trust senior management and leadership supporting the delivery of medical workforce strategy.
