Assist the Medical Staffing Manager with the smooth running of the Division of Surgery Medical Staffing Department. Produce and coordinate 24‑hour medical staff cover for the Orthopaedic Care Group, ensuring there is 24‑hour cover where required through compliant rotas in line with the New Deal and European Working Time Directives.
The duties above indicate the post holder’s main responsibilities but are not exhaustive. They may be jointly reviewed with the post holder according to experience and to support service development.
