Overview

Are you a secretary, PA or in a different role with transferable skills? If you have experience in roles with complex admin or have completed further education and want to move into Healthcare, this opportunity offers a flexible path with training and progression.

We offer a range of training options starting in a support role with a fast track programme to progress, through to apprenticeships that can lead to a degree. We provide full training and mentoring as required, with flexible working hours and patterns including full time, part time and job share.

Responsibilities
  • Support Consultants and their teams in all aspects of the administrative management of patient care, including all clinical correspondence and acting as the liaison between all parties involved in patient care, following strict confidentiality protocols.
  • Contribute to the secretarial service that supports 22 specialities with administrative and secretarial functions.

  • Enthusiastic and capable; able to work in a very fast paced and demanding environment.
  • Very well organised, responsive and able to work on own initiative.
  • Experience in a role where you have developed strong keyboard skills and the ability to deal with admin tasks.
