A public healthcare organization in Exeter is seeking a full-time Medical Secretary to provide clerical and administrative support to medical staff. The role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in a medical secretarial position. Candidates with a relevant business administration qualification and strong interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply. The position supports flexible working arrangements.
An exciting full time administration opportunity has arisen to workwithin the Exeter, East and Mid Home Treatment Teams as a Medical Secretary.
The primary roles and purpose of the team is to provide home treatment, avoiding hospital admission where possible and if admission is indicated, the team work with clients throughout this time and endeavour to facilitate early discharge.
The post-holder will be responsible forproviding effective and efficient clerical and administrative support to assigned Consultants, associated medical staff and the multi-disciplinary teamwhere appropriate.
There will be an expectation for the post holder to be highly motivated, flexible and multi-skilled with excellent organisational skills. The post holder will have high standard of abilities using Microsoft Office packages and experience of using bespoke IT systems.
