A leading healthcare provider is seeking a highly experienced Medical Secretary for their Platinum Medical Centre in Aldershot. The role involves providing administrative support to consultants, managing patient appointments, and maintaining accurate patient records. Shifts: 9AM - 5PM (flexible to suit as long as the hours worked cover the clinics)

We’re looking for a highly experienced Medical Secretary to join our team based in the Platinum Medical Centre. In this role you will be supporting 3 Consultant Neurophysiologists and 3 physiologists.
As a Medical Secretary you’ll be responsible for ensuring the continued provision of the highest quality of secretarial and administrative support. Duties will include providing full secretarial support to consultants, being responsible for the appropriate management of patient appointments, liaising with patients and hospital staff as required in order to facilitate this. You will also undertake any other duties as called upon to carry out by the Practice Manager.
