A prominent healthcare trust in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a Medical Rostering Administrator to support the quality medical deployment service. The role involves managing rotas, liaising with medical staff, and ensuring appropriate staffing levels. Candidates should have GCSE Maths and English, and experience within the NHS. This position is key to maintaining service quality and ensuring efficient operation within medical teams.

To work within the Medical Workforce Team supporting a quality medical deployment service for the Trust. Supporting the Care Group Rostering Coordinators, processing in accordance with Trust Policy and Procedures the doctor rota gaps, recording of resignations, swaps, absence and sickness and booking internal bank doctors and agency doctors as requested by medical departments.
