Overview

University Hospitals of North Midlands (UHNM) is currently unable to provide sponsorship for this role. Role Description

Work within the Medical Workforce Team supporting a quality medical deployment service for the Trust. The Medical Rostering Administrator will assist the Rostering Coordinator and Team Leader in the following responsibilities:

  • Support the Rostering Coordinators to ensure that the e‑Rostering system has the correct rota templates against each roster.
  • Align doctors to rosters for each new starter and rotational post.
  • Support the Rostering Coordinators with managing the live rosters.
  • Support with the management of swaps, sickness and absence recording on the e‑Rostering system.
  • Support the management of medical rota gaps, including securing the recruitment of medical bank staff and temporary staffing solutions in conjunction with senior medical staff.
