Job summary

Glebe Farm School in Milton Keynes is seeking an inspirational Medical Room Support Assistant who is passionate about safeguarding and pupil welfare, and who can help maintain a calm, safe medical environment for students.

You will work closely with teaching staff and families to ensure the health needs of pupils are met, supporting attendance, wellbeing, and early intervention as part of our ambitious, all-through program within the Inspiring Futures through Learning Trust.

Glebe Farm School is a newly established, purpose-built all-through school located in the thriving community of Glebe Farm. Once fully operational, the school will accommodate up to 1,569 pupils. We are seeking to appoint an inspirational Medical Room Support Assistant who is passionate about empowering pupils to exceed their aspirations. The ideal candidate will possess strong subject knowledge, engage in self-reflection, and excel in building positive professional relationships. They will also work closely with parents to ensure the best outcomes for their pupils.
