Responsibilities
  • Take inbound calls from travel customers to declare their pre‑existing medical conditions in line with the terms and conditions of their travel insurance policy.
  • Conduct comprehensive medical risk assessments using an automated system to evaluate the level of medical cover we can provide.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of assessments and findings.
  • Maintain customer confidentiality.
  • Ensure that our company values are upheld.
Qualifications
  • High level of competency in using computers.
  • Customer service experience—helpful but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to record data accurately and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with our customers.

  • Visa eligibility: If you hold a visa with less than 18 months remaining, you may still be considered if you can provide:
    • Clear evidence of family ties enabling visa extension.
    • Clear and current evidence that you qualify for a visa extension under UK immigration laws, with supporting documentation.
