We are delighted to be appointing a Medical Recruitment Specialist on a 12-month fixed‑term basis to join our Medical People Services Team. This is a dynamic role that supports doctors throughout their employment journey—from initial recruitment and onboarding, through to ongoing contractual changes and workforce management.
You’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for medical staff, using a range of workforce systems to manage recruitment, pay‑affecting changes, and roster oversight. Working closely with clinical teams and stakeholders, you’ll help deliver a high‑quality, values‑led service that supports safe staffing and excellent patient care across the Trust.
The standard working hours for this post are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
