A healthcare provider in Liverpool is seeking a dedicated Medical Records Clerk to manage the day-to-day operations of a medical records team. This job involves the day‑to‑day running of a medical records team, booking patients for outpatient and inpatient clinics, performing health records library functions, and carrying out all general administration duties. The role requires an organised, motivated individual who works well within a team and as a self‑directed professional. The post holder will run reception duties, register and document new patients, book appointments, request case notes from the health records library, prep clinics, and engage with all members of staff and patients by telephone and in person.
