A prominent healthcare institution in Liverpool seeks a dedicated individual for reception duties, including patient registration and appointment management. Ideal candidates will possess 5 GCSE's A‑C / NVQ 2 or equivalent, alongside strong communication and IT skills. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact on the patient journey in a dynamic NHS environment.
The post holder will be involved in the running of reception duties, registering and documenting new patients, booking appointments, requesting case notes from the health records library, prepping clinics. Engaging with all members of staff and dealing with enquiries from patients, dental and medical practitioners and members of the public by telephone and in person. Details as per JDPS, this post will be an exciting and challenging role for any individual with an interest in making a difference to our patients. The role is an excellent opportunity for the post holder to make a positive impact on the patient journey.
