A local medical practice in the City of London is looking for a part-time receptionist to join their dedicated team. The ideal candidate will have previous medical reception experience and be familiar with SystmOne software. Responsibilities include handling phone calls, booking appointments, and managing patient records while ensuring confidentiality. This position offers a welcoming work environment with flexible hours.
Part time receptionist required for a GP practice in North Kensington, W10 for 22 hours per week.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner is essential. Ability to work with other members of the team and computer literacy is critical. Previous general practice experience is preferred although we are willing to consider the right candidate outside of this scope.
SystmOne Practice
To be the focal point of the surgery and to act as a liaison between patients, clinicians and other members of your practice team. Ensuring that the scanning of patients correspondence is kept up to date at all times. You are expected to be courteous to patients, particularly people with disabilities, elderly and people from the ethnic minority groups. You must have experience working as a medical receptionist and preferably with SystmOne software or similar.
Youwill Join a well-established professional team of General Practitioners, Practice Nurse, FY2s, Pharmacist, HCAs and Administration/Reception staff.
