A well-regarded wellness practice in London is seeking an organised and personable Medical Practice Assistant. You will manage patient records, schedule appointments, and support clinicians in a busy environment. The ideal candidate should be calm under pressure, naturally friendly, and maintain confidentiality. Previous experience as a medical secretary is preferable, but full training will be provided.
We're looking for an organised and personable Medical Practice Assistant to join a growing wellness and wellbeing practice in London. This is an opportunity to work alongside a great team, supporting a well-regarded doctor in a busy but supportive environment, playing a key role in ensuring the practice runs smoothly and patients receive excellent care.
This candidate will be the backbone of the practice, managing everything from patient records and appointment scheduling to correspondence and billing. Maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times is understandably essential; therefore, we're looking for someone calm under pressure, naturally friendly and sensitive, discreet, and enjoys the variety that comes with keeping a medical practice ticking‑over.
Experience as a medical secretary is preferable, although full training will be provided.
